Thank you for the Reiki session last Monday and apologies for the delayed feedback its been a crazy week. The session on Monday had quite an effect, for the first time in about a month I managed to get out of bed the following morning , then again on Wednesday and again Thursday, last night I managed no painkillers over night. Wednesday I made it to watt bike and yesterday did a 3 hour yin yoga workshop concentrating on hip opening. and now i'm moving again things should start to see a significant improvement so a HUGE thank you.
